Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
- Most orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be shipped the same business day if placed by 3:00 PM ET
- Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service may require a signature upon delivery.
- Overnight or Second Day Service is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. Please call us at 1-866-513-0498 if you have any questions regarding the shipment of your package.
- Some items sold by Bumble and bumble Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Bumble and bumble Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

Free Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- *Free standard shipping with $60 purchase will automatically be applied at checkout and expires on January 13th, 2009 at 11:59pm ET. All other special promotions require a code be entered at checkout. Available to U.S. residents only. The applicable purchase amount does not include shipping and handling or sales tax. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Offers cannot be combined, only one promotion or code allowed per order.

Shipments to APO/FPO and P.O. Box Addresses - Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO address, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.
- Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Service.
